Our guardrails to ensure asset protection
Owned by fund investors
Each Cache Exchange Fund operates as an independent legal entity, fully owned by its investors. While Cache Advisors acts as the appointed advisor, Cache holds no ownership stake. Our funds sit outside our corporate structure, and advisory responsibilities can seamlessly transfer to another qualified advisor if needed.
Institutional asset custody
We do not hold your assets.
Cache Exchange Funds are custodied at Bank of New York Mellon—the oldest bank in America, and the world’s largest custodian bank, overseeing $53.1 trillion in client assets.
Independent fund oversight
Our exchange funds are independently administered by leading fund admins, recognized among the best in the U.S. Additionally, each fund undergoes a rigorous annual financial audit, ensuring meticulous oversight and transparency.
Registered and regulated by the SEC
Cache Securities and Cache Advisors are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer and an investment adviser. Each follows its own set of rules covering how we operate, communicate with clients, and market our services.

Our highest priority
“We’re often helping our clients with the largest financial asset they own.
We built Cache on a strong foundation to take on that responsibility. We aim to offer the gold standard in asset safety and financial controls, and spent two years in stealth building that technical and financial infrastructure.
I was our first client, on both the Cache Exchange Fund and Cache Long/Short. Cache safeguards about $3M of my assets, alongside yours.”

Ownership and Governance of Exchange Funds
Fund investors participate as Limited Partners in their respective Exchange Funds. As Limited Partners, they do not have discretionary authority over the fund’s operations or investment decisions. Each Exchange Fund is managed by Cache Fund Management GP, LLC, an affiliated entity that serves as the General Partner. The General Partner delegates investment management authority to Cache Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor.
In the event of a bankruptcy or dissolution of Cache Advisors, a majority of Limited Partners—acting with written consent—may authorize the appointment of a replacement manager.
Cache Financials, Inc. does not have an ownership interest in any Exchange Fund. However, certain employees or officers of Cache Financials may participate as Limited Partners.
